The slots range from 1 pm to 5 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm. If you want your products to be delivered in the first slot, you will have to place the orders before 2 pm for same-day delivery. If in the second slot, place an order before 4 pm for the products to be delivered on the same day.
If you have provided the incorrect delivery details, Flower Chimp cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery.
The same-day delivery and on-demand orders cannot be cancelled after you have placed the orders as they are processed immediately.
All the advance orders can be cancelled one day before by 12 pm a day before the delivery date and a full refund will be processed.
The refunds will be given in a single discount voucher with a validity of 12 months from the date it has been issued. In case you want to cancel the order, you will have to contact customer services via call or email one day before the delivery date.
If you wish to make a return and you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
