Since its inception, Flower Chimp has been taking steps to deliver flowers and smiles on the same day. Flower Chimp now delivers across the Philippines on the same day in two different delivery slots.
The slots range from 1 pm to 5 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm. If you want your products to be delivered in the first slot, you will have to place the orders before 2 pm for same-day delivery. If in the second slot, place an order before 4 pm for the products to be delivered on the same day.
If you have provided the incorrect delivery details, Flower Chimp cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery.
Same-day delivery and on-demand orders cannot be cancelled after you have placed the orders, as they are processed immediately.
All the advance orders can be cancelled one day before 12 pm, a day before the delivery date, and a full refund will be processed.
The refunds will be given in a single discount voucher with a validity of 12 months from the date it has been issued. In case you want to cancel the order, you will have to contact customer services via call or email one day before the delivery date.
If you wish to make a return and you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The flowers and products must remain in their original condition and unused. To initiate a return, you will have to provide the order number, pictures of the defective product as proof, and valid reasons to support your return request.
In case the product is damaged upon delivery, you will have to contact customer services within 24 hours to be eligible for the refunds.
