Refund Policy
Once the items have been returned following the guidelines stated by Pomelo. Then, the refunds are promised to be made within 26 days for card payments, and store credit will be refunded immediately. The sale items are only refundable in the form of Store Credits. The refunds received in Pomelo Store Credit will be valid for 365 days only; one must redeem them sooner. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
